Taught by BalletX dancer Caili Quan, Intro to Ballet for adults and teens explores the fundamentals of ballet technique for complete beginners – previous experience is not necessary!
Class consists of Barre exercises, center/across the floor exercises, and culminates with jump exercises. Learn positions of the arms and legs, movement groups such as extensions of the legs, stretches, turns, jumps, and how to move through space.
